Office Manager

Job Description
We are looking to hire a part-time Office Manager. The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative tasks. They should have the ability to work independently with little or no supervision. The candidate must be well-organized with high attention to detail, possessing excellent computer and communication skills. This position is in-person only, scheduled for Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays from 9 am to 2 pm.

Responsibilities
General office support that includes but is not limited to:

Answer calls and emails, follow up and respond to inquiries to provide information to donors, volunteers, and co-workers as needed.

Attend and coordinate meetings (in-person and Zoom), book rooms, invite participants, prepare agendas, record minutes, and manage attendance

Process and Record Donations

Data Entry
-
Assist with events and programs
-
Coordinate and update event chairs and committees
-
Update and maintain lists
-
Send cards and mailings
-
Social media content creation and maintenance
-
Occasional evening meetings and events are required
Knowledge and Skill Requirements
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong computer capabilities, including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to take initiative
- Non-profit experience beneficial but not required
- Comfortable with using software programs
- graphic abilities a plus
